Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the natural and personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
However, we will happily accept returns if:
- The product arrives damaged
- You receive an incorrect item
- There is a fault or issue with your order
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return
To request a return or refund, please email us at returns@shopagyama.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
