At Ayama, we take great care in preparing and dispatching every order. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process and delivery timelines.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable)
Please note: During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.
EU & International Delivery
We currently ship to selected EU and international destinations.
- Delivery times typically range from 5–10 business days
- International orders may be subject to customs checks, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
Ayama is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
- Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase
Tracking Your Order
If your chosen delivery service includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
If:
- Your order arrives damaged
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order is missing or significantly delayed
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@shopagyama.com, including your order number and photos where applicable.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. Ayama cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
